Software challenges at Revenio

The problem was before consolidating all the software, that there were many software subscriptions under the company credit cards and every credit card was under employees’ personal name. When the employee left the house, there was a challenge to keep the subscriptions working.

Another problem with these personal credit cards was the usage limit: if it was too low, the subscriptions were canceled, again. But a really high credit limit is always an increased risk financially.

“Now we have consolidated everything with you guys. Collecting all receipts and getting all the details from purchasings and the number of invoices are now controlled. Instead of getting a hundred invoices and now just one, it saves the manual work and money.”

For instance, Adobe highlighted that processing a single invoice costs $15 – $40. With invoices reduced from 100 to 1, the software consolidation and savings are substantial.

“E-invoice in Finland and northern countries has made the billing process much easier. In Finland we never see a paper.”

Revenio has developed their systems, and now the IT department controls all the softwares’ admin and master user accounts. This way the passwords are not behind the employees and the control is better than before because all subscription information is centralized management  in the IT department. Financial had before the problem to get all the invoices from personnel, but now this is a lot more straightforward and automated.
