Looking into 2025 with Pipedrive

Pipedrive is once again looking out for small businesses with their new suite of AI tools. The AI sales assistant will help users prioritize their opportunities to target the deals they are more likely to win. While the Pipedrive sales assistant has been a long time feature, it got a major upgrade at the beginning of Q4.

The AI powered tool gained predictive capabilities and suggests actionable insights for your most viable deals. Taking it one step further into your sales process, OpenAI will write your sales emails for you. Use a simple prompt and choose the length and tone of the email and generate a quality message in under a minute. You can then insert into the email, regenerate for a different message, or tweak your prompt and run again.

A feature of this new AI launch that has been a major time saver for me is AI suggested reply.

Four out of five messages have been spot on. Runner up is the email summarization. No more reading paragraph after paragraph of lengthy emails, quickly get up to date on your latest messages. A similar aspect is also available to summarize a deal within a few bullet points.

Other elements of this release include smart-app recommendations and marketplace search powered by AI. This is geared to help you find the integrations that will boost our team’s efficiency based on how you use Pipedrive. While no specifics have been announced, I think it is safe to say that we can expect more advancements in Pipedrive’s AI features in 2025.

Last week (Dec 12) it was released that a long awaited update for the Quickbooks integration is finally here! Previously only one user was able to utilize the integration to create and manage invoices through Pipedrive. This was extremely limiting whether you were a company of two people running the whole show or a large organization with a whole accounting team. Pipedrive emphasizes their many integrations – they are constantly adding new products and updating existing relationships. Integration capabilities allow you to streamline your process and efficiently communicate with team members across departments.
