GP Law’s Pipedrive Elite Partner, SaaShop, has built out extensive workflows to encompass every stage of the legal firm’s process. When a deal is created, a series of pinned notes are populated in the deal for maximum visibility of important case information, such as treatment plans, medical records, etc. 

Meaghan stresses the importance of deadlines in a law firm. Unlike in other industries, you can’t just submit a document tomorrow. Missing an important date can result in losing a case. When important dates, such as the statute of limitations (SOLs), are entered into the deal, it triggers the creation of calendar events. Important activities are also pushed into a Slack channel where the team can hold each other accountable.

Strides for continued growth with Pipedrive

The company’s pipeline activities include in-company tasks and client engagements. Every stage triggers somewhere between one and 11 activities with due dates ranging from the same day to 90 days. The firm expects to continue growing in the next six months with the aid of Pipedrive, allowing them to continue taking on more clients. With the help of their partner, SaaShop, they plan to begin an automated email video campaign to provide their mass tort clients with updates on the lawsuit.

SaaShop will enhance the Slack and Outlook integration using Zapier. To better understand the firm’s duties, the team will turn the Slack connection into a two-way integration. Whenever requests are made in Slack, Pipedrive will populate activities accordingly. 

The firm relies on a shared Outlook calendar for SOLs and other deadlines. Using Zapier, Pipedrive can be connected to shared calendars and automatically enter due dates based on date fields.
