SaaShop Inc sales team is eager to spread the word about the online marketplace for SaaS solutions. In this article you will get to know our Sales Representative Franki Frasce and read about her visions for her sales career and how companies benefit from using SaaS solutions such as CRM software Pipedrive.
Franki, who is originally from New York, is currently based in Philadelphia and enjoys having the possibility to work in B2B sales remotely. She works remotely with our US-based President Greg Milliken and the sales team in Finland. Franki´s background was strongly in B2C, first with an extensive 10-year career in the restaurant industry, and then working in a real estate agency. So, why software?
“I had been working in the restaurant industry in management positions and at the real estate agency I had also hit the point of wanting to learn more. I wanted to use my learned skills for new challenges and the position at SaaShop came available at the perfect time. The projected career in tech and software sales is amazing. Tech is taking over, and at the same time, many companies don’t have enough knowledge to base their software decisions on, so they need guidance on what direction to go. I see B2B sales as the real deal and where I get to truly show my skills in prospecting and helping customers with suitable solutions,” Franki says.
Positive experiences in the sales team
Franki is excited to show companies in the US what SaaShop has to offer. Her first-hand experiences with the software on offer have been positive.
“We first did intensive training and Pipedrive certifications to get an understanding of the products and how they work the best for their users and teams. Based on my own experiences, it’s great to start demos for customers,” Franki states and continues:
“Pipedrive in particular has so much potential for so many businesses. It allows an easy baseline CRM and also offers customization through integrations for further needs. I see this working best for medium sized companies who have a dedicated team for sales. Pipedrive is such a time saver in the daily sales work! I don’t need many tabs and platforms open as I have all I need in one place. It’s easy to make notes on the go as Pipedrive has a mobile app, too. Notably this benefits those sales people who are often on the go and rely on contacts and notes they make, such as real estate agents.”

Along with gaining product knowledge, Franki has been getting to know the whole SaaShop team in Finland and in the USA. She praises the team for their positive attitude and helpfulness:
“It’s rewarding to be at the forefront of SaaShop´s story in the States and see where we can take this. The whole team has been so helpful and we have been able to organize meetings and connections internationally, regardless of time differences. From the start I have gotten a really positive vibe from the whole company, and I´m happy to be part of the team.”
Franki sees that her sales confidence can only increase having such a great solution portfolio on offer. She is interested in software, and during a coding course realized she is a quick learner on the topic too. Franki´s freetime is otherwise spent reading or watching movies. She is drawn to darker, troubled stories where the theme of overcoming obstacles inspires her. Franki describes herself as family-oriented and a dog lover.
Franki´s sales tips
To get better at sales, or anything in life, it’s important to remember that it’s down to you and you only. You need to keep pushing yourself. If you are not pushing yourself, you are not doing yourself or those around you any favours in the long term. I try to live by this and always accept new challenges as possibilities!
